Pantology Press – Cancellation Policy

At Pantology Press, we strive to provide exceptional value and flexibility to our members. If you need to cancel your Monthly Membership, here’s what you should know:
1. Cancellation Process
- You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle.
- To cancel, email us at info@pantologypress.com with the subject line "Membership Cancellation Request."
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
2. Refund Policy
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
- If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. *Exception: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial sign-up and have not used any membership hours, you may request a full refund.
3. Banked Hours & Unused Benefits
- Any unused banked hours (up to 5/month) will expire 3 months after cancellation.
- Access to the private community, resource library, and member perks will end immediately upon cancellation.
4. Rejoining the Membership
- If you wish to rejoin, you may do so at the current membership rate (subject to availability). *Note: Returning members may need to undergo a new onboarding call if significant updates have been made to the program.
